Safety Education initiative at ARASCO:
In July–August 2024, E-Growth successfully delivered the IOSH Managing Safely training program to mid-level and senior managers at ARASCO’s Dammam Feed Mill (DFM) and Kharj Feed Mill (KFM). The initiative aimed to empower industry leaders with the best global practices in occupational health and safety, reinforcing a proactive safety culture within one of the Kingdom’s largest agri/feed-businesses.
Workshop with Ministry of Human Resources
On 17th May 2025, E-Growth’s CEO, Mr. Mohammed Al Shamrani, personally led an Occupational Safety and Health Awareness Workshop for delegates of the Labour Office in Al-Khobar Governorate, under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This in-person session focused on regulatory updates, safety culture transformation and practical risk mitigation strategies tailored for labour officers and government professionals.
Partnerships with Government and Academia
E-Growth is currently engaging in initiatives with local governmental entities and universities across the Eastern Province to:
- Develop safety-focused curricula for engineering and vocational programs
- Offer internship and placement opportunities in the fire and HSE sectors
- Co-host seminars and awareness events on civil defense regulations and fire risk prevention
- Support research projects that promote innovation in fire safety and risk management
